Principal Dentist - Dr. Weidong Pei, Hon. B.Sc., D.D.S., Ph.D.
Dr. Pei graduated from University of Toronto's Faculty of Dentistry with a D.D.S.
(Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree. He also obtained his Ph.D. degree in Oral Physiology
from University of Toronto, specialized in bone regeneration. His research has been
published in internationally well-known journals, such as Bone, Journal of Endocrinology,
Calcified Tissue International, Mechanism of Aging and Development, and Wound Repair
and Regeneration. Dr. Pei is currently a clinical instructor at the department of
periodontics and prothodontics at Faculty of Dentistry of University of Toronto,
and he prides himself in being able to provide excellent dental care with emphasis
on quality and patient management. He is proficient in all aspects of dentistry
including cosmetic and implant dentistry, children's dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics,
complicated wisdom teeth extraction, and removable and fixed prosthodontic procedures.
Dr. Pei currently is a member of Canadian Dental Association, Academy of General
Dentisty. He is also a preferred provider for Invisalign treatment.
